The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting high‑quality drinks, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and upholding the standards that set our brand apart in the competitive F&B landscape.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation meet brand guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other barista equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and internal hygiene protocols.
- Engage with customers, take orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, teas, syrups, milk, and related supplies, alerting management to low stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, supporting a cooperative and high‑performing team culture.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new brewing techniques, seasonal menu items, and emerging coffee trends.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
- At least 0‑1 year of experience in the food & beverage (F&B) sector, preferably in a coffee shop or café environment.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong desire to learn and develop barista expertise, including latte art and specialty brew methods.
- Resident of Purbalingga or surrounding areas, with reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic proficiency in handling barista equipment and a keen interest in coffee and tea culture.
