Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company revenue goals, focusing on automotive solutions and related services.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage social‑media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and brand consistency across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and recommend data‑driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, updating client interactions, proposals, and follow‑up activities in a timely manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective clients, translating technical features into clear business benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while adhering to company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide post‑sale support, guiding clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management to foster long‑term loyalty.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to continuously enhance sales tactics.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher diploma or degree is a plus.
- Age limit: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Resident of West Jakarta with personal motorbike ownership for local travel.
- Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on social media and web platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently without external pressure.
- Availability to start immediately and work the scheduled hours: Monday‑Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30.
