Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Surveyor to join our expanding team in Mukomuko, Bengkulu. This role is pivotal in driving our sales growth by connecting with both existing and new customers, facilitating credit applications, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of products and services to existing and prospective customers across the region.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial data and conducting thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Track the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, designated payment locations, and any additional details necessary for successful repayment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and credit files within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including finance, logistics, and after‑sales support—to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for product expansion.
- Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) also acceptable for recent graduates.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or surveyor role is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with customers.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid active driving licence (SIM A/C).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or credit processing tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime or field visits.
