Introduction

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Canvasser to join our dynamic team in the perfume industry. This role focuses on direct outreach to retail stores, small‑medium enterprises (UMKM), and potential customers across the region. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will introduce our fragrance portfolio, provide samples, and build lasting relationships that drive repeat purchases. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, and offers a competitive salary plus performance incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily canvassing and on‑site visits to retail outlets, boutique shops, and UMKM clients to promote our perfume products.
  • Present product features, explain scent profiles, and distribute sample kits to spark interest and encourage trial.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate fragrance solutions that match their target market and price points.
  • Develop and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners and decision‑makers to secure repeat orders and long‑term contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional offers, and close sales efficiently while maintaining profitability.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, and provide regular, accurate sales reports to the regional manager.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed customer database, track sample distribution, and ensure timely follow‑up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align field activities with promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 38 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume or cosmetics sector.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Ability to plan routes efficiently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency with sales administration tools, mobile applications, and CRM systems.
