Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Outlet – Pengelolaan Operasional dan Penjualan to join our fast‑growing food and beverage (F&B) network. As the face of the outlet, you will be responsible for steering daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health‑safety regulations.
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve market share.
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock takes, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability while minimizing waste.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of front‑line staff, ensuring high standards of service and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews to foster professional growth.
- Prepare operational reports, sales analyses, and forecasting documents for senior management review.
- Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal menu updates, and cross‑selling initiatives to boost average transaction value.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s image.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to introduce new offerings that meet local consumer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- Prior experience in outlet or store management, preferably in the food and beverage sector (experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong disciplinary mindset, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
