Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, coffee, and non‑alcoholic options, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by regularly sanitizing bar surfaces, glassware, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering menu questions, and offering recommendations that enhance the overall dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and communicate any supply shortages to the manager.
- Adhere to all local licensing regulations, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and health‑safety protocols.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for special events, promotions, and private functions.
- Provide feedback on menu development, new drink concepts, and operational improvements to help keep the venue competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a bar, café, or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills; able to interact courteously with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure, especially during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for events.
