Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Koordinator Bagian Dapur dan Pengolahan Makanan to lead our kitchen operations and food processing team. This full‑time position is based in a fast‑growing food‑and‑beverage (F&B) environment where quality, efficiency, and safety are paramount. The successful candidate will coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensure seamless food preparation, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene while supporting a collaborative team of chefs, cooks, and service staff.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise all kitchen and food‑processing activities from Monday to Saturday, ensuring timely completion of orders within the 08:00 – 17:00 shift.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, spices, and kitchen consumables; conduct regular stock counts and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety, sanitation, and equipment handling, adhering to local health regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, schedule preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the menu development team to provide input on ingredient availability, cost control, and preparation feasibility.
  • Prepare daily production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as waste reduction, order accuracy, and labor efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency response procedures.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost‑control initiatives, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in kitchen or F&B operations is required; candidates with at least one year of hands‑on kitchen experience are preferred.

  • Proficient in operating standard kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers.
