Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Petugas Kebersihan / Office Boy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees, visitors, and clients. This position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing an excellent entry‑level opportunity for fresh graduates and individuals with at least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common spaces.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste collection, and replenishing sanitary supplies.
  • Monitor and report any signs of damage, wear, or potential safety hazards, ensuring preventive measures are taken promptly.
  • Safeguard company property by preventing intentional damage and promptly addressing any incidents that may arise.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling furniture or equipment for meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Support the facilities team with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, checking fire extinguishers, and reporting plumbing issues.
  • Adhere to the organization’s health, safety, and environmental standards, wearing appropriate protective gear when required.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to foster a respectful and cooperative workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (the original text mentioned “Pria,” but we welcome all qualified candidates).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, facilities, or a similar role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Physical standards: Minimum height of 160 cm with a proportionate body weight.
  • Appearance: No tattoos or piercings visible while on duty.
  • Key skills: Strong cleaning and sanitation techniques, quick adaptability, good time‑management, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Personal attributes: Honesty, a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to contribute to a comfortable working environment.
  • Availability: Able to work the schedule of 09:00 – 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
