Responsibilities

- Utilize a variety of instructional methods (lecture, demonstration, guided practice, and project‑based learning) to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments, quizzes, and projects, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, software updates, and best practices to keep curriculum relevant.
- Collaborate with other tutors and the curriculum development team to share resources, refine teaching strategies, and ensure consistent quality across all courses.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with a D3, S2, or S3 are also welcome.
- Experience: Prior experience tutoring, teaching, or working in an IT role is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers with strong technical foundations are considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#), familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and competence in common productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Knowledge of web development, databases, or network administration is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Strong organizational abilities, reliability, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
