Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer to join our Jember (Jawa Timur) branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our vehicle financing portfolio by engaging directly with customers, managing distribution channels, and conducting thorough market surveys. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a keen understanding of the multifinance industry, helping us achieve our growth targets while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products both face‑to‑face and via telephone, ensuring clear communication of benefits and terms.
- Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through the application and approval process.
- Manage and optimize all available distribution channels, including dealer networks, online platforms, and referral partners.
- Conduct detailed consumer surveys and market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting sales achievements, pipeline status, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the underwriting, credit, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless processing of loan applications.
- Participate in branch meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay current on product updates and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while adhering to compliance and risk‑management guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: maximum 33 years.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle financing or a related sales role is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency with common communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps) and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work at the Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
