Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, addressing questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales transactions, inventory receipts, and daily cash reconciliations using the store’s management system.
- Prepare, file, and archive essential documents such as purchase orders, delivery notes, and employee records.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and proper documentation of incoming goods.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including the preparation of application letters and submission of academic certificates for internal HR processes.
- Support the scheduling of staff shifts, manage attendance logs, and assist in payroll preparation as directed by the store manager.
- Participate in regular team meetings, offering insights on customer feedback and suggesting process improvements.
- Ensure the store’s front office and waiting area remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Utilize Bangsalsari’s Store Management System (SMS) to generate daily reports, track key performance indicators, and identify areas for operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality, data protection, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the current staffing policy.
- Age: Open to fresh graduates; no upper age limit imposed.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve customers courteously and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in using computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and store management software.
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing application letters and submitting academic certificates.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward learning new tasks.
- Willingness to work the full schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
