Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client intake interviews to assess mental health status, personal goals, and any contraindications for massage or reflexology.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that combine mental health counseling, stress‑relief techniques, and therapeutic massage modalities.
- Perform reflexology and body‑work sessions in accordance with professional standards, ensuring client comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting session notes, progress, and any observed changes.
- Collaborate with other health professionals on site—including nutritionists, physiotherapists, and yoga instructors—to provide an integrated care approach.
- Educate clients on self‑care practices, relaxation exercises, and lifestyle adjustments that support long‑term mental wellness.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, preparing treatment rooms before and after each session.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training workshops, and continuous‑learning programs to stay current with emerging therapeutic techniques.
- Manage shift schedules, including weekend and evening hours, while ensuring reliable coverage for all client appointments.
- Uphold the center’s values of honesty, diligence, and responsibility in every interaction with clients and teammates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residency: Must be domiciled in Banyuwangi or willing to relocate.
- Experience: Prior experience in therapeutic massage or reflexology is preferred, but candidates without experience will receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Professional attitude: Honest, hardworking, and fully responsible for assigned duties.
- Availability: Not currently employed elsewhere and able to work full‑time shifts, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Key skills: Basic knowledge of mental health concepts, ability to perform reflexology techniques, strong interpersonal communication, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical ability to perform massage therapy, including lifting moderate weights and maintaining appropriate posture for extended periods.
