Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Nurse – Aesthetic Care Unit to join our dynamic team at a leading aesthetic clinic serving the Panam, Arifin, and Nangka neighborhoods. This role is perfect for a compassionate, detail‑oriented female professional under the age of 26 who holds a minimum D3 qualification in Nursing or Midwifery and has a passion for beauty and wellness. Whether you are a recent graduate or have up to one year of experience, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to excel as an essential partner to our doctors in delivering top‑tier aesthetic treatments.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during a variety of aesthetic procedures, including laser therapy, dermal filler injections, chemical peels, and non‑invasive body contouring.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment complies with safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct pre‑procedure assessments, verify patient medical histories, and explain treatment plans in a friendly, humble manner.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and comfort levels throughout procedures, promptly addressing any adverse reactions.
- Provide post‑procedure care instructions, schedule follow‑up appointments, and document outcomes in the clinic’s electronic health record system.
- Maintain an organized inventory of aesthetic supplies, ordering restocks as needed to avoid interruptions in service.
- Participate in regular training sessions on the latest aesthetic technologies, product updates, and best practice protocols.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase patient success stories while respecting confidentiality.
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of professionalism, honesty, and meticulous attention to detail in every patient interaction.
- Contribute to a supportive work environment by assisting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (must be unmarried).
- Age: Maximum 26 years.
- Education: Minimum D3 in Nursing (Keperawatan) or Midwifery (Kebidanan); D4 is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a clinical setting; fresh graduates with strong interest in aesthetics are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated interest in aesthetic medicine and a willingness to learn advanced cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills: able to explain procedures clearly, listen actively to patient concerns, and maintain a warm, humble demeanor.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, seriousness, and precision in all tasks.
- Residency within the Panam, Arifin, or Nangka area is preferred for timely attendance.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift of 10:00 – 19:00, with the possibility of overtime during peak periods.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
