Responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using Excel and specialized warehouse management systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Perform daily stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verifying quantities, product codes, and condition of goods.
- Assist in the planning and execution of stock audits, cycle counts, and periodic physical inventories.
- Monitor stock levels, flag low‑stock items, and support the procurement team in replenishment planning.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory handling, documentation, and data entry.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff, forklift operators, and supply‑chain partners to streamline material flow.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, such as reducing manual entry errors or improving data visibility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices in all warehouse activities.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on inventory software and accurate record‑keeping techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse administration or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) and familiar with warehouse management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven track record of producing clean and accurate documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated responsibility, discipline, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, both written and verbal.
