Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) specializing in alcoholic beverages to join our fast‑growing distribution team. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving on‑site sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across night‑time retail environments. The successful candidate will represent premium liquor brands, engage with a diverse clientele, and help achieve ambitious sales targets while upholding responsible drinking standards.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote a portfolio of alcoholic drinks at bars, clubs, and retail outlets during the assigned night shift (16:00 – 02:00).
- Engage customers with product knowledge, tasting demonstrations, and promotional offers to stimulate trial and repeat purchases.
- Maintain a professional appearance with proportionate body measurements (BB) and height (TB) as required by brand guidelines.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by upselling, cross‑selling, and recommending complementary products.
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and proper stock rotation.
- Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, including age verification procedures.
- Prepare and tidy the promotional area, manage display materials, and ensure branding consistency.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product updates, responsible service, and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate daily sales logs, expense reports, and incentive tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 21 to 32 years old.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG in the alcoholic beverage sector (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, confident interpersonal style, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Physically fit with proportional body measurements and the stamina to work night shifts from Tuesday to Sunday.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and tracking sales figures.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations.
