Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for senior high school (SMA) students, covering topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and multimedia resources that align with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, mid‑term and final examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support students of varying abilities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum coordinators, and school leadership to develop interdisciplinary projects and improve overall teaching quality.
- Participate in weekly faculty meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress in the school’s management system.
- Foster a positive classroom climate that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful discourse.
Requirements
- Female candidate (per company policy) with a minimum of a D3/D4 or S.Pd/Diploma in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in lesson delivery; experience with modern teaching tools and technology is a plus.
- Prior teaching experience at the senior high school level is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong subject mastery are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of the Indonesian language and the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability; work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
