Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Tim Produksi – Pengelolaan Operasional & Kualitas to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential for ensuring that daily production activities run smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety and efficiency guidelines. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, and demonstrate a strong sense of discipline and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure targets are met on time.
- Supervise line operators, providing clear instructions and on‑the‑spot coaching to maintain high productivity.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections and documenting findings.
- Identify bottlenecks in the workflow and propose process improvements that reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure raw material availability aligns with production plans.
- Assist in training new staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing projects.
- Respond promptly to any production or quality issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures.
Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Maximum age: 35 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Work experience: 0‑2 years in production, operations, or quality control (experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with supervisors and peers.
- Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
- Basic cooking or food preparation skills, useful for roles that involve handling edible products.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Excel, email) for reporting and data entry.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
