Introduction
We are seeking dedicated and professional waitstaff to join our growing restaurant team in Boyolahi. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous and timely manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen staff, and ensure special dietary requests are communicated clearly.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, checking back with guests to guarantee satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring proper table settings for each shift.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and process electronic payments while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Assist in inventory checks of dining supplies, report shortages, and help restock as needed.
- Participate in weekly briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, safety protocols, and service standards.
- Perform rolling shift duties, alternating between morning (07:30‑16:00) and evening (15:30‑23:00) schedules, including one overtime day per week.
- Uphold the highest standards of personal hygiene and present a polished, professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Female (Muslim) candidates only.
- Permanent residence in Boyolahi or surrounding areas.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- At least one year of experience working in a restaurant or food‑service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills: honest, disciplined, quick‑thinking, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule with weekly shift changes and occasional overtime.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including proper table setting and safe handling of dishes.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
