Job Description

Placement : Head Office ( Noble House, 33 th Floor, Mega Kuningan )
Working Hour : 8.30 – 5.00
Off day : Weekdays (weekend and national holidays will be working days)
Status : Contract

Requirement :

  • Female, (22-27 years old)
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Computerized Accounting, Accounting Management or related major from reputable university (state university is preferable)
  • Fresh graduate is welcome, has working experience in especially in property administration is preferable
  • Competent in filing and administration work
  • Good command in English and Computer Office program (excel and word)

Job duties :

  • Collect documents needed to issue Purchase Order/Booking Form
  • Follow up customer’s payment condition
  • Record Marketing Gallery visitor data
  • Prepare documents for PPJB signing
  • Monitor use of stationaries, copy machine, MG operational cars
  • Monitor availability of ready units, sold units, units already hand over
  • Create weekly report regarding above matters
  • Handle Marketing Gallery correspondence (to customers, notary, etc.)
