Introduction
We are a leading telecommunications provider based in Balikpapan, seeking a motivated Outbound Call Agent to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, verifying client information, and securing profitable deals through proactive outreach. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, accurately verifying contact details and updating the CRM system.
- Present tailored telecom service packages, negotiate pricing, and close sales in line with daily and monthly targets set by management.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation for each interaction, ensuring all customer records are complete, valid, and compliant with data‑privacy standards.
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to relay customer feedback, identify service gaps, and suggest improvements.
- Continuously update knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, promotional offers, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions and coaching workshops aimed at enhancing sales techniques, negotiation tactics, and product expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or call‑center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a persuasive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to produce accurate daily and weekly sales reports and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Open to working full‑time, Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with no age limit and equal opportunity for all genders.
