We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Area Kajen (Pemalang) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will act as a pivotal link between the company’s product portfolio and both existing and prospective customers, driving revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of service and compliance.
This full‑time position is based in the Kajen area of Pemalang and will cover multiple branches throughout Central Java. The role offers a structured work week (Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and provides the opportunity to develop a robust network within the region’s distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote Adira Finance’s suite of financing products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Generate sales orders through the company’s distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data entry and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare and complete credit applications, coordinating with underwriting teams to expedite approval processes.
- Monitor the status of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding decisions, disbursement schedules, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Communicate repayment terms, due dates, and payment locations clearly to consumers, helping them understand their obligations and avoid defaults.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, orders, and credit files in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver feedback from the field, contributing to the continuous improvement of product offerings.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to stay current on industry trends and internal processes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably in financial services or related distribution channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant internships or part‑time sales experience will be considered.
