- Monitor tables continuously, replenish water, clear used dishes, and attend to any additional guest requests to guarantee a seamless dining experience.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings, silverware, and high‑touch surfaces, in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, share feedback on menu items, and contribute ideas for improving service efficiency.
- Assist in training new waitstaff by demonstrating proper service techniques, etiquette, and restaurant protocols.
- Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards by presenting a well‑groomed appearance and embodying a positive, respectful attitude at all times.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the restaurant’s operational needs.
Requirements

- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
