Introduction

To strengthen our distribution network and enhance market penetration, we are seeking a motivated Sales Officer – Channeling to join our dynamic team in Bondowoso, Jawa Timur. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a robust sales pipeline, build lasting relationships with dealers and end‑customers, and contribute directly to the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of financial products to both existing and prospective customers, tailoring presentations to meet specific client needs.
  • Identify and acquire new orders through the channel distribution network, ensuring timely capture of initial data and thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare and complete all required credit application paperwork, collaborating closely with the credit assessment team to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular updates to dealers and customers regarding status, conditions, and final decisions.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, ensuring transparency and reducing delinquency risk.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential new channel partners within the assigned territories.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to continuously improve team performance.
  • Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field; degree holders are welcome.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old, though exceptionally qualified candidates may be considered.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within financial services, distribution channels, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for traveling across assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis for sales reporting.
  • Flexibility to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
