Gojek’s leading digital payment platform, GoPay, is expanding its footprint across Jawa Barat and is seeking energetic, results‑driven individuals to join the team as Sales Spikers. This role is focused on door‑to‑door outreach, promoting GoPay’s suite of financial services to small businesses, merchants, and everyday consumers. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable leveraging the latest mobile technologies to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits across assigned territories in Jawa Barat, introducing GoPay products and services.
  • Identify and qualify potential merchants and individual customers, building a pipeline of prospects.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting leads into active GoPay users.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using GoPay’s CRM tools and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide product demonstrations on smartphones and tablets, highlighting key features such as QR‑code payments, digital wallets, and financial services.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and local consumer preferences to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers and support teams to coordinate promotional events and special campaigns.
  • Adapt quickly to new technology updates, app enhancements, and policy changes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 50 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in door‑to‑door or field sales, preferably in fintech or consumer services.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and basic data‑entry tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
