Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant (Housekeeping) to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality standards and promptly address any deficiencies.
- Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged furnishings, or inventory shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Handle linen and laundry processes, sorting, washing, folding, and distributing fresh linens to rooms.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as additional towels, toiletries, or room service items, while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate closely with the front‑desk team to coordinate room turnover and accommodate early check‑ins or late check‑outs.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to fire‑safety procedures.
- Work efficiently under pressure during high‑occupancy periods, ensuring all rooms are ready for guest arrival.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices in hotel housekeeping and guest service.
Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in hotel housekeeping or a related hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with diverse guests.

- Capacity to handle a fast‑paced work environment and remain composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Any level of formal education is acceptable; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
