Responsibilities
- Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram Live, and other social media channels, presenting new arrivals and promotional offers.
- Demonstrate clothing items, highlighting fit, fabric, and styling tips while maintaining an energetic and personable on‑camera presence.
- Interact with viewers in real time, answer product questions, and encourage purchase decisions through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to plan weekly content calendars, themes, and special sales events.
- Maintain a clean, well‑lit, and aesthetically pleasing streaming backdrop that aligns with the brand’s premium image.
- Monitor live‑stream analytics, track conversion rates, and provide feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
- Prepare and update product inventory lists, ensuring accurate representation of available sizes (S/M) and stock levels during broadcasts.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on fashion trends, digital marketing tools, and platform algorithm updates.
- Uphold brand standards regarding dress code (non‑hijab, minimum height of 158 cm) and professional conduct both on‑camera and behind the scenes.
- Assist in occasional promotional events, photo shoots, and offline pop‑up stores as required.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑35 (no strict upper age limit) who are residents of Pekanbaru.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in live streaming, modeling, sales, or related media roles.
- All education levels are welcome; a high school diploma or higher is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with clear diction and engaging storytelling ability.
- Excellent body language, camera presence, and the ability to convey confidence and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and basic video‑editing software.
- Creative mindset, quick adaptability to trends, and a collaborative spirit.
- Physical requirements: minimum height of 158 cm, able to model clothing sizes S/M, and present a polished appearance.
- Reliable transportation for occasional off‑site activities.
- Non‑hijab dress code for on‑camera segments.
