Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, answering product queries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assemble and install store furniture, including cabinets, shelves, and display units, following company standards.
- Design and set up attractive product displays that drive sales and highlight promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the store throughout the day.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report low‑stock items to the store manager.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system for cash handling, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
- Conduct routine checks of equipment and store fixtures to ensure they are functional and well‑maintained.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and store performance goals.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates are preferred, in line with the current operational needs of the branch.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- No prior work experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously.
- Physical stamina to lift and assemble furniture, stand for extended periods, and perform routine cleaning tasks.
