Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of overdue receivables, ensuring collection activities are completed within established timelines.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of credit accounts, identify delinquent accounts, and prioritize collection actions based on risk assessment.
  • Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and recover outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit approval, legal, and customer service teams to align collection strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities, agreements, and client communications in the company’s CRM system.
  • Identify patterns of recurring payment issues and provide actionable insights to improve credit underwriting and risk mitigation processes.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory compliance, negotiation techniques, and financial products to stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; graduates from any field are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial function (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Male candidates are preferred in accordance with the current posting, though the company remains committed to equal opportunity employment.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
