This role is perfect for recent high‑school graduates or anyone looking to start a career in the bakery industry, even without prior experience. As a member of the crew, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our freshly baked breads and pastries reach customers with the highest quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the head baker and production supervisors in the daily preparation of dough, mixing, shaping, and proofing of various bread types.
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and slicers while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in the packaging process, ensuring each loaf or pastry is properly labeled, sealed, and arranged for distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials (flour, yeast, sugar, etc.) and report shortages to the procurement team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following strict food‑safety protocols and performing routine sanitation tasks.
  • Support quality‑control checks by inspecting finished products for size, texture, and appearance before they leave the bakery.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, especially during peak demand periods such as holidays and promotional events.
  • Document daily production activities, noting any equipment issues or deviations from standard recipes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 35 years.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational needs).
  • No prior bakery experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of bread and pastry processing is a plus, but on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
