Responsibilities

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, sharing updates on their child’s milestones, addressing concerns, and offering guidance for home‑based support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops, staff meetings, and community outreach programs.
- Adapt teaching strategies swiftly to meet the diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds of all students.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Age: No upper limit; enthusiasm and energy are the key criteria.
