Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Distribusi – Pengambilan Order to join our growing team in the Yogyakarta region, specifically covering Yogyakarta City and Gunung Kidul. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our food, beverage, and retail products reach a wide network of traditional markets, convenience stores, and small‑business enterprises (UMKM). The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our brand, building strong relationships with outlet owners, monitoring inventory levels, and driving revenue through effective order collection and account management.
Responsibilities
- Execute the company’s distribution strategy by delivering products to assigned outlets according to a detailed Journey Plan.
- Conduct regular visits to traditional markets (GT), toko kelontong, and other retail channels to strengthen relationships and gather market intelligence.
- Monitor stock levels at each outlet, identify potential out‑of‑stock situations, and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) by tracking payment due dates, issuing invoices, and following up on collections to ensure timely cash flow.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports, including sales figures, visit logs, and any issues encountered in the field.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve delivery discrepancies, address customer complaints, and improve service quality.
- Analyze sales data and competitive activity to propose actionable recommendations for increasing market share.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company policies while representing the brand in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA/Sederajat).
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a sales distributor in the food, beverage, or retail product sector.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple distribution channels, including GT (traditional markets), small retail shops, and UMKM customers.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle and a Class C driver’s license (SIM C) for field mobility.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with typical hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis and sales data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively while traveling across the Yogyakarta and Gunung Kidul area.
