Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, mask application, and customized skin‑care regimens.
- Provide body therapy services such as creambath, full‑body massage, and specialized spa rituals designed to promote relaxation and skin health.
- Execute manicures, pedicures, and nail art with precision, adhering to hygiene standards and client preferences.
- Assess each client’s skin type and health condition, recommending appropriate products and follow‑up care plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment environment, ensuring all tools are sterilized and supplies are stocked.
- Document client sessions accurately in the booking system, tracking treatment outcomes and preferences for future visits.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations through continuous training and workshops.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client safety at all times.
- Collaborate with reception staff to manage appointment schedules, handle client inquiries, and resolve any service‑related concerns promptly.
- Promote ancillary services and retail products, contributing to the spa’s revenue goals while providing value‑added recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidate, maximum age of 30 years.
- Proven experience (0+ years) in facial treatment, creambath, spa therapies, manicure, and pedicure.
- Demonstrated honesty, friendliness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene and client safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Passion for ongoing learning and professional development in beauty therapy.
