We are seeking a Professional Restaurant Server with proven experience to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is based at our flagship location with the potential for placement at new branch openings across the region. You will be immersed in all aspects of restaurant operations—from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house preparation—ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities

  • Learn and master every job desk and station within the restaurant, including cashier, waitstaff, noodle bar, bar, dim sum, production, and clean‑up areas.
  • Execute rolling station assignments, adapting quickly to shifting schedules and operational needs.
  • Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to guests, addressing inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
  • Operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards, conducting regular self‑inspections and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Assist in inventory control, monitoring stock levels of raw materials and notifying management of replenishment needs.
  • Participate in weekly team briefings, sharing feedback and contributing ideas for menu improvement and service efficiency.
  • Support the opening of new branches by traveling to training sites and applying learned procedures on-site.
  • Comply with all company policies, including maintaining an active SKCK (police clearance) and providing health certifications.
  • Commit to a 3‑6 month training program that may require travel to other cities for advanced skill development.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong motivation.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage service, restaurant operations, or a related hospitality field.
  • All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • No history of serious illness; candidates must provide a health clearance.
  • Active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) required.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Sunday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Flexibility to relocate temporarily for branch expansion projects.
  • Core competencies:
    • Compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
    • Product knowledge of food and beverage menus.
    • Cash handling and POS operation.
    • Basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
    • Attention to detail when following SOPs.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet applications for inventory tracking.
    • Rapid adaptation to new tools and processes.
    • Polite and clear information delivery to guests and team members.
