Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and each student’s learning objectives.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians, delivering progress reports and discussing strategies for improvement.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic preferences.
- Incorporate interactive tools and educational technology to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage classroom logistics such as preparing teaching materials, setting up a conducive study space, and ensuring a safe environment.
- Uphold punctuality and professionalism by adhering to the agreed schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and collaborative meetings to share best practices with fellow educators.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Education or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree in Education is highly preferred.
- Valid domicile in Kabupaten Jepara or willingness to relocate within the region.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with strong subject‑matter knowledge and lesson‑planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: patience, discipline, responsibility, and a genuine enthusiasm for student development.
- Proficiency in Indonesian language; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
- Basic competence with digital learning platforms and instructional aids.
- No prior professional teaching experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
