As a brand ambassador, you will represent a leading beauty label, delivering personalized consultations, driving sales, and maintaining the visual standards that make our stores inviting and professional.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultations, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling, cross‑selling, and promotional activities.
- Maintain an immaculate sales floor: arrange displays, replenish stock, and ensure all merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and coordinate with the back‑office team to prevent stock‑outs.
- Uphold brand‑specific grooming and service standards, including personal appearance, uniform compliance, and courteous client interaction.
- Assist in organizing in‑store events, product launches, and beauty workshops to attract new customers and strengthen loyalty.
- Gather client feedback and relay market insights to the merchandising team to influence product assortments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and complete daily paperwork within the scheduled shift (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Female candidates, aged 18‑28 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Beauty Advisor, FMCG sales representative, cosmetics consultant, or SPG.
- Professional appearance with a proportional physique (maximum weight 58 kg, minimum height 160 cm) and a polished, attractive look.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail setting.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, product ingredients, and application techniques.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
