Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Sawangan area, covering the greater Jabodetabek Selatan region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our portfolio of products to both existing and new customers, while ensuring a seamless credit application process and maintaining strong relationships with distribution partners. The ideal candidate will combine a solid educational background with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and engage with existing and potential customers to present the company’s product offerings, tailoring presentations to match each client’s needs.
  • Secure orders through various distribution channels by gathering initial data, conducting thorough verification, and completing all required customer documentation and credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, coordinate with internal underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with clear information on payment due dates, collection locations, and any additional requirements to ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay market feedback, identify emerging trends, and suggest enhancements to product positioning.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients post‑sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on market dynamics and competitive offerings.
  • Travel within the assigned territory using personal vehicle, ensuring coverage of all key accounts and prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates are welcome.
  • Age: maximum 29 years.
  • Gender: male (as specified).
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a similar industry; fresh graduates with strong aptitude may also be considered.
  • Proven ability in sales management, negotiation, and achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and long‑term relationships.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid SIM A/C.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
