Responsibilities

- Monitor online engagement metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain the digital asset library, ensuring images, videos, and copy are organized, up‑to‑date, and correctly tagged.
- Handle routine data entry tasks, including customer inquiries, lead information, and sales tracking within the CRM system.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for website or platform issues and liaise with technical support when needed.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and email marketing blasts using standard design tools.
- Support the team during live events, webinars, and product launches by managing chat, comments, and real‑time analytics.
- Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines and digital advertising policies.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing meeting minutes, organizing virtual files, and coordinating cross‑functional communication.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as an online marketing administrator or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers, internet browsers, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with major social media platforms, content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and basic analytics.
- Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Stress Management: Comfortable working under pressure and able to maintain composure during high‑volume periods.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
