Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join the XLSmart team in the Kabupaten Pesawaran area. This position is focused on expanding our market presence, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for our smart‑technology product portfolio. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent travel throughout the district, and offers a dynamic environment where initiative and creativity are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory by conducting market research and cold‑calling activities.
  • Plan and execute daily field visits according to the Route Management Plan (RMP), ensuring thorough coverage of all designated clusters.
  • Present XLSmart product solutions, demonstrate key features, and tailor proposals to meet each client’s specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including product training, troubleshooting, and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and territory analysis to the sales manager.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and continuously improve personal sales techniques.
  • Uphold XLSmart’s brand reputation by maintaining professional conduct and adhering to company policies on ethics and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones (Android, minimum 4 GB RAM) and basic digital tools for reporting.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle, valid SIM C, and an up‑to‑date SKCK (police clearance).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Demonstrated product‑knowledge learning ability – capable of mastering “cluster pintar” concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
