Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan Outlet to join our dynamic team. This role is the front‑line link between our brand and its customers, ensuring every visitor experiences seamless service, clean facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about sales, attentive to detail, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, shifting schedule that includes national holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a friendly smile, offering assistance and product information in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the outlet, following the 5S principles (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, Santun).
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report low‑stock items to the supervisor.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and ensure smooth shift handovers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, track key performance indicators, and contribute ideas for improving service efficiency.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, especially in food‑beverage areas, to guarantee a safe environment for both customers and staff.
  • Support special events, seasonal promotions, and marketing activities within the outlet.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 25 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work Experience: 0+ years; prior experience in hotel, retail, or food & beverage sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Availability: Willing to work on national holidays and in a rotating shift system (Rabu – Minggu, 09:00 – 17:00).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Personal Traits: Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Core Skills: Customer service orientation, sales acumen, strong interpersonal abilities, and adherence to the 5S service standards.
