Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte art, cold brew, and seasonal creations, following standardized recipes.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety by regularly cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and customer areas in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Engage customers with product knowledge, recommend drink options, and upsell pastries or other menu items to enhance satisfaction and sales.
- Train and mentor junior staff on brewing techniques, equipment maintenance, and customer service best practices.
- Conduct routine equipment checks, perform minor troubleshooting, and coordinate service calls for larger maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours and special events.
- Collect and act on guest feedback, reporting recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and workplace conduct, contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all qualified candidates; no upper age limit.
