Responsibilities

  • Actively market and present the company’s product range to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring proposals to meet specific customer needs.
  • Generate orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare and complete credit applications, coordinating with the finance department to secure approvals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing clear updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required follow‑up actions.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring customers are fully informed of all transactional details.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and CRM records, tracking leads, opportunities, and closed deals to support forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs, providing feedback to management for product and service enhancements.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting performance metrics and strategic insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (any major) or SMA/SMK/Equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: maximum 29 years; candidates must be able to work full‑time.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is preferred, though entry‑level applicants with strong aptitude will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
  • High integrity, reliability, and a meticulous approach to documentation and data entry.
  • Self‑motivation, resilience, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits and territory coverage.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional flexibility for customer meetings outside regular hours.
