Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Sales Corporate to lead our high‑performing sales team in the building material sector. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for corporate accounts, focusing on building material products and services.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management and adjusting tactics to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and propose product positioning improvements to capture untapped segments.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key distributors, contractors, and architects, ensuring long‑term partnership and repeat business.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to streamline order processing, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for corporate leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during all sales activities.
- Organize and participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
- Implement and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team while aligning with overall corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the building material industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory marketing or sales role.
- Age: Candidates must be 40 years old or younger.
- Gender: All genders are welcome, though male candidates are preferred as per client specification.
- Licenses & Transportation: Valid driving licenses (SIM A & SIM C) and personal vehicle for client visits and site inspections.
- Skills: Proven ability to work under target‑driven systems, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Personal Attributes: Results‑oriented, proactive, strong leadership presence, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime for major projects or events.
