Introduction

This role is pivotal in strengthening our customer relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring seamless credit processing for both existing and new clients. The successful candidate will work closely with dealers, distributors, and end‑consumers, acting as the primary point of contact for all financial product inquiries and application processes.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of products—including vehicle financing, personal loans, and equipment leasing—to existing customers and prospect new clients across the Jabodetabek Selatan market.
- Generate and capture orders from distribution channels by conducting thorough initial data collection, verifying customer information, and preparing complete credit applications in accordance with internal compliance standards.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of credit applications, monitor each case’s progress, and provide timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status, required documentation, and any pending actions.
- Communicate credit decisions clearly and professionally, explaining approval conditions, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any additional product features.
- Inform customers about payment due dates, preferred payment locations, and any pertinent loan servicing details, ensuring they understand their obligations and options for early repayment.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to resolve discrepancies, expedite approvals, and uphold the company’s risk appetite.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new accounts opened, loan volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market visits to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may affect the multi‑finance sector.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers and distribution partners through regular follow‑ups, problem‑solving, and value‑added support, positioning Adira Finance as a trusted financial partner.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study). A background in finance, business, or economics is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Male candidates are preferred for this specific posting, in line with the client’s current workforce composition.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the multi‑finance, banking, or automotive financing industry. Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also welcome.
- Demonstrated understanding of multi‑finance business processes, credit assessment, and target‑driven sales environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Proficiency in data administration, database management, and basic networking concepts to support accurate record‑keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with office hours from 08:00 to 16:30.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance office that corresponds to the candidate’s domicile.
