Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of beauty services including facial treatments, body wraps, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
- Conduct client consultations to assess skin type, discuss desired outcomes, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging beauty products; share insights with the team.
- Manage appointment schedules, ensure punctuality, and deliver services within the allotted time frames (08:00 – 17:00, Monday‑Saturday).
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service, professional demeanor, and attentive follow‑up.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking product usage.
- Participate in regular staff training sessions and collaborative workshops to enhance skill sets.
- Uphold the salon’s brand standards by presenting a polished appearance and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates up to 32 years of age (maximum).
- Open to all educational backgrounds; any level of formal education is acceptable.
- Previous experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Strong discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn new techniques without coercion and to adapt to evolving client needs.
- Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a pleasant, customer‑focused attitude.
