Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product & Sales Promotor to join our fast‑growing team in Pontianak. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating customer demand, and increasing sell‑out for our propane product line through hands‑on marketing events and field‑based promotions. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a mobile, on‑site environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events and product promotion activities that attract new customers and stimulate store sell‑out.
- Conduct on‑site product education sessions for customers, explaining the benefits and safe usage of propane products.
- Visit key customer hubs, distributors, and retail outlets to gather up‑to‑date contact information and build a robust customer database.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, including event outcomes, sales leads, and market insights.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure promotional materials, displays, and product samples are delivered on time.
- Identify and recommend new promotional concepts, in‑store displays, and community events that align with brand strategy.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols while representing the company in the field.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends to propose actionable improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years.

- Strong physical health and mental resilience; ability to travel daily to various locations.
- Prior experience in event planning or product promotion—especially in the paint or related consumer goods sector—is a distinct advantage.
- Own motor vehicle with a valid and active SIM C (mandatory). Possession of a driving license for cars (SIM A) is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly learn and convey product knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, report writing, and use of mobile office tools.
- Target‑driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
