Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Administrator Kasir with a strong focus on customer service to join our fast‑growing retail operation in Sidoarjo. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment, possess a keen eye for detail, and enjoy interacting with customers while handling cash‑handling responsibilities. The successful applicant will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, in a well‑equipped mess facility that includes Wi‑Fi and meals.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy.
- Maintain daily cash reconciliations, preparing end‑of‑day reports and ensuring that all monetary values match recorded sales.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding shoppers through product selections.
- Monitor inventory levels at the checkout counter, reporting low‑stock items to the purchasing department and assisting with periodic stock counts.
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Support promotional activities by updating price tags, applying discounts, and communicating special offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team members across sales, logistics, and management to streamline workflow and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new POS features, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
