Responsibilities
- Assist passengers in locating and securing licensed drivers for airport transfers.
- Guide travelers through the process of booking transportation services, ensuring a smooth and hassle‑free experience.
- Promote the full range of transportation offerings, including premium, shared, and special‑needs services, to every passenger you encounter.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pricing, schedules, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information.
- Conduct on‑site competitor analysis by observing market trends and customer preferences, feeding insights back to the sales team.
- Collect and record daily sales data, passenger feedback, and service issues in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with drivers, airport staff, and the operations team to ensure timely pickups and exceptional service quality.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match airport traffic patterns.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in transportation sales is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills with a confident, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving, customer‑centric environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Basic analytical abilities – comfortable conducting competitor, market, and trend analysis.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic computer applications for booking and data entry.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 (additional hours may be required during peak travel periods).
