Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in the Jabodetabek Selatan region, is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Remedial Officer – Collection to join our team in Ciputat. This role is critical in ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue), safeguarding the company’s cash flow, and supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and borrowers to resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct proactive outreach to borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of collection activities, payment statuses, and communication logs in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit risk and legal departments to identify high‑risk accounts and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates for senior management review.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to debt collection practices.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior collection staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify trends in delinquency patterns and propose process enhancements to reduce future arrears.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor’s) in any discipline; open to fresh graduates with strong academic records.
- Male candidates, aged up to 31 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a collection or credit control role is advantageous, though entry‑level applicants will also be considered.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Ciputat, aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
