The successful candidate will work directly with customers, maintain the sales stand, and support the overall efficiency of the shop during our busy operating hours of Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer product inquiries, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales stand, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, stocked, and priced.
- Process cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Perform daily inventory checks, report low stock levels, and assist with restocking from the backroom.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy while preserving a positive brand image.
- Monitor and uphold store cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to health regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to achieve weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Document sales activities, prepare shift reports, and communicate any operational issues to management promptly.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Uphold the store’s reputation by demonstrating reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 33 years (for female applicants as specified).

- Physical health: able to lift up to 55 kg, maintain good physical stamina, and possess sound mental health.
