Responsibilities

- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensuring timely delivery of dishes, checking for guest satisfaction, and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and restocking service stations.
- Collaborating closely with fellow waitstaff, chefs, and management to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling cash or card transactions with accuracy.
- Participating in pre‑shift briefings, menu tastings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with menu changes and service protocols.
- Upselling complementary items such as desserts, beverages, or special promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 0 years of relevant experience or formal training in food and beverage service.
